Ding Dong Ditch - Duped

Don't bother counting: there's a few extra girls in this picture.
The best laid plans went awry Friday night when the YD girls got the green light to "Ding Dong Ditch" Emily's friend, Spencer.

Yes, when you don't call ahead, the practical joke sometimes backfires. In this case, Spencer was down playing at a friend's house. So the victim was Spencer's mom, not Spencer himself.

After we revealed ourselves from behind the thick foilage near his house, Spencer's mom (seen in the photo at right) gave her son a call. A couple minutes later, he showed up on his bike, barely batting an eyelash that we had driven down to Bellevue to see him.

The girls didn't seem to mind, though, and spent the next half-an-hour playing with Spencer's two younger sisters on the nearly three acres of property where Spencer and his family call home.
