Ouch!

The gash on Lauren's knee came from the flag pole.
Lauren loves to climb the flag pole. But the pole bit back Thursday when she clipped her knee on the part that holds the rope for the flag close to the pole.

Although the cut resembled the deep cut that Emily had on her forehead when she fell at an early age, Lauren said it didn't hurt much.

Mom cleaned it out and put some butterfly bandages on it. It is healing up pretty well, even though we worried that it probably should have been stitched up.

So, has this incident kept Lauren from climbing the flag pole? Nope. She's still doing it.
