Don't Touch the Thermostat
The girls devised this handy fan dispenser after the air conditioner broke.The minute Dad walked into the house last night, he knew something wasn't right with the air conditioner. The first clue was the "indoor" temperature of 88 degrees.
Instead of sweating it out, though, the girls took action. They got to work making all kinds of hand fans (inset photo). But rather than pass them out, they manufactured a handy dispenser that they hung in the wallway with blue duct tape.We will be sure and offer the air conditioner repair man a fan when he shows up to fix the problem.
Editor's Note: We have to give Aunt Jean a huge thank you for helping watch the girls while Mom takes part in her in-service activities at school. It's hard enough to watch them with a working air conditioner.

Your "slow leak" lasted longer than ours! Remember, last summer we had to get our freon recharged a week after yours ... ours gave out in May this year, so you got an extra three months out of yours!!
That "fan dispenser" is handy, though!
