Veronica Becoming Quite The Big Girl

Veronica (seen smiling at right) is quickly working her way toward becoming a potty-trained toddler.

This morning, she hopped up on "the throne" and happily took care of business. For this, she was rewarded with some mini M&M candies. Not bad for a nearly 17-month-old.

Dad is still feeling the euphoria of having landed his "dream job" in pro cycling. It about a week, he'll be flying west to participate in the Tour of California, which is the United States' equivalent of the Tour de France. It's a seven-day stage race that begins in San Francisco and ends in Long Beach. For more details, visit the race's website.
