Toyota-United Racing At Tour de Georgia

You sometimes see some unusual things at a bicycle race. Take, for example, the Delta Airlines mascot (pictured at right).

Dad's team is racing in the Tour de Georgia, a seven-day, seven stage bicycle race in the Peach State.

Monday's race covered 97 miles and the racers completed it in three hours and 25 minutes. That's pretty darn fast. They were helped along by a tailwind for the majority of the distance.

Tuesday's race is 139 miles long. Hopefully the weather will continue to be nice (mid 70s) but without the wind.
