Remember This Car?

You didn't win it. And neither did we.
Saturday night was the raffle to decide the lucky winner of the restored car that's pictured above.

Mom attended the "Casino Night" without Dad. He took the girls to the UNO hockey game while Mom hung out with her friend, Angel.

More than 2,100 tickets were sold (at $10 each) for the drawing for the car. The winner was a woman (who Mom said sounded "old") who lives in Arizona. After the raffle organizers phoned her to tell her she won, she opted to take the $3,000 cash prize instead. Anyway, that means the car now goes up for sale.

Mom didn't come home empty handed, though. She won a big pan of pulled pork. It remains to be seen whether the girls will eat it. We'll find out and let you know.
