Busy, Busy

With Emily, Lauren and Julia playing soccer this fall -- as well as Julia doing gymnastics -- it's beginning to get a little hectic after school.

Today, Julia went directly from gymnastics to soccer. She's moved up into a more advanced gymnastics class and she told mom, "I really had fun today" when she got off the mat.

Here, she demonstrates a "bridge" from one of her earlier classes:


Emily has already had her first soccer game, while Lauren and Julia (who are on dad's under 8 team) don't play their first game until Sept. 10. Emily was practicing her drop kicks last weekend while we watched the air show from a Bellevue park.
