Girls Gone Wacky

Girls play dress-upHalloween came early to the YD house last night. With no school on Friday, Emily got to have a sleepover guest. And it didn't take long to introduce Nina to the dress up area in our basement. The costumes ranged from a night at prom to Snow White and Cinderella. It would appear Nina is some type of royalty. Julia was "not participating" (those are her own words).

Everything LadyWe also got a visit from the "Everything Lady." Her name pretty much sums it up. From a fashion standpoint, she's got a little bit of everything. Can you guess the identity of this little miss?

The "movie night" selection was "Annie" which was still going strong on the basement TV at six o'clock this morning. Emily and Nina were not as vibrant. Both were sacked out in Emily's top bunk.

Turning now to news about "Hurricane Veronica," she still remains a "Crabby Patty." The only thing that seems to regularly calm her down is a feeding. But when you fall asleep eating, you're bound to get hungry again very soon. So it's amounting to some long days (and nights) for mom (and dad).

"The Everything Lady"...

I'm still laughing about that one. I can't believe some of the creative stuff my little goddaughter comes up with.
