Found!
Four-and-a-half months after it first went missing, Dad's wallet resurfaced when Emily was cleaning out the Suburban.
Yeah Emily!
It had fallen down between the driver's seat and the middle console. Of course, Dad had searched the Suburban a couple times. And, as Emily pointed out, the few times that Dad drove without his wallet (that had his driver's license in it), he really did have his license with him.
Sadly, those $100 bills that were in the wallet when it was lost were not in there when Emily turned it over to him.

Wonder what will show up when she cleans the "down-down?"
