Is Spring Finally Around The Corner?

After a weekend of bitterly cold temperatures and even some sleet and snow, it appears the spring-like temperatures we have so eagerly awaited are finally here.

Tuesday's forecast calls for very warm temperatures, but with wind gusts of more than 35 miles an hour. UGH. Not exactly the greatest conditions for playing tennis or riding a bike.
