Surprise Visitor

This afternoon, we had a surprise visitor at the YD house: Dad's brother, Paul, flew in from his East Coast home to offer his condolences on the death of one of his namesakes, Fr. Paul J. Begley.

"Uncle Paul" got to meet the girls when they arrived home from school. Veronica was scared of him, for some reason but everyone else was very happy to see him. They were a bit disappointed that his lovely wife, Mara, and two beautiful young boys were not able to make the trip.

We hope to host Uncle Paul for a meal before he has to return home. And Dad forgot to take a picture, so that's on our "To Do" list as well.
