Mother's Day Photo Gallery

Emily got things started with a great card.

The framed family photo with messages to Mom.

A new mailbox using an old idea.

Thanks for calling D. Hope you enjoyed the rest of the day with the girls.

Sean -- great job on the Mother's Day gifts! Can we get a summary of what the girls wrote on the family picture?

Sean:

It looks like you went the extra mile to make a special day for your wife on Mother's Day.

I can only hope that she follows the Golden Rule and treats you nicely on Father's Day.

It'd be a shame if your thoughtful and noble efforts weren't reciprocated in kind.

Danielle:

Glad you finally found time to spend with your daughters.

Did they recognize you after being gone so much from them?

I can tell you who doesn't recognize who and that's me not recognizing you since you are too lame to sign your name to such a rude comment.

What a great husband Sean is! :)

By contrast, I know a guy who doesn't have bank account, can't hold a job, and doesn't pay child support from his first marriage. That is an example of a bad parent.

It is nice to see a blog like this -- with a family that has all of the correct components and truly seems to care about each other.

Let's be thankful that Danielle and these girls have a true husband and father -- not some snake-oil salesman.

In life you have to be happy with what you have. Because the grass is never greener on the other side -- it is simply the same stuff in a different package.

Trust me on this. Con artists in life come disguised as many things. Don't let your own pain cloud your vision. Sometimes your own problems are simply your own problems.

Holidays like Mother's Day remind us that God has asked us to be true to one another, and remind us all of the vows we took when we were married.

"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.'But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Matthew 5: 27, 28

The minute you bite the apple, and give into the serpent's lies, your life will be full of pain.

Is this "Marriage Counseling for Dummies"?

Gotta love the bible quote, that always fixes everything.

The person who posted before me needs to get a career, and not be fired for stealing while on the job.
