The New American Gladiators

There's no missing the big, bad Wolf on American Gladiators.
The new season of the American Gladiators premiered Monday night and the girls were able to catch the first half-hour of the show before bedtime.

As you might recall, the girls enjoy watching this re-make of a show that was pretty popular when Mom and Dad first met. The only drawback with last night's premier was the fact that it was two hours long. That means it will probably take about another hour or so of viewing (on TiVo) to watch the rest of the episode.

Three new Gladiators made their debut last night, including two who we already knew from last season (when they won as competitors). The competitors-turned-Gladiators are "Jet" and "Rocket." Phoenix is the third newbie.

Olivia (but not Julia) also enjoyed a new Taco John's commercial in which a little monkey gives his teacher a Crunchy Chicken & Potato Burrito instead of an apple. He becomes the "teacher's pet" of course.
